U.S. SALES Newcast, Inc. sells and ships products within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SALES Newcast, Inc. does accept international purchases. However, we will not accept overseas bank cards. Purchases can be made by wire transfer only. A sales associate will call to complete any international orders placed.
SHORTAGES AND RETURNS All claims for shortages or incorrect products received must be reported to Newcast, Inc. by BUYER within ten (3) days of receipt of the product. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by BUYER from Newcast, Inc. prior to return of merchandise and must be written on the package returned and referred to in all related correspondence. Newcast, Inc. products purchased on Newcast Store may be returned within ten (10) days of shipment provided the products are in like new and working condition and in the original packaging including any accessories. Any product older than ten (10) days will be returned to the BUYER in accordance with Newcast, Inc.'s terms of sale. Any returned purchase that has not been issued a RMA will be refused. Any product returned to Newcast, Inc. in working condition for the purpose of exchange or otherwise will be charged a $15.00 restocking fee.
Please note that Newcast, Inc. does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products: 1. Opened memory 2. Opened software.
PRODUCT WARRANTY All products are sold "AS IS" by the Newcast Store, but may be accompanied by a manufacturers' standard warranty. "AS IS" products are sold by Newcast, Inc. through the Newcast Store as is, where is, and with all faults, and without expressed or implied warranties from Newcast, Inc. If you have questions about any manufacturers' warranties that accompany such products, please contact the manufacturer directly.

SHIPPING OPTIONS Newcast, Inc. offers 4 convenient shipping options. 1. Standard Shipping: This is the default shipping method. Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within five business days but can take up to ten business days after shipment. 2. 2-Day Shipping: For an additional charge, we offer this expedited shipping option on most of our products. Products shipped via two-day service prior to 5:00 p.m. Pacific are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time two business days after shipment. 3. 3-Day Shipping: For an additional charge, we also offer a three day delivery. Products shipped via three-day service prior to 5:00 p.m. Pacific are normally delivered by 4:30 p.m. local time three business days after shipment. 4. Overnight Delivery: For an additional charge, we offer this expedited shipping option on most of our products. Products shipped prior to 5:00 p.m. Pacific, via overnight service are normally delivered by 3:00 p.m. local time one business day after shipment. Overnight delivery is not available for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Signature is required for delivery: If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your purchase, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left the Newcast warehouse. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS Newcast, Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors. Newcast, Inc. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Newcast Store at any time. All sales at the Newcast Store are governed by California law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. No Newcast, Inc. employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Newcast Store policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.
